Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
At Second Life Coaching, we value your commitment to personal growth and respect your time. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policies:
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel a scheduled session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 50% session fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee.
In cases of emergencies, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the coach.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule a session without penalty if at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 25% rescheduling fee.
Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original appointment.
Late Arrivals
Clients who arrive late will receive the remaining time of their session.
If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show and subject to full charge.
Refund Policy
Prepaid sessions and packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual upon request.
In exceptional cases, refunds may be considered at the coach’s discretion.
